Todd: I think taking it carefully. So, I think that one of the big mistakes people often make with IWMS and lots of other systems is that try and do too much at one time. So they bite off more than they can chew. I think that a really smart approach is to take it a little bit at a time and outline what you’re going to try to accomplish with the first wave and work really hard to get that right and once you’ve got that going, think about what’s going to come next.
