Todd: So I think every system’s implementation begins with what I call the “valley of despair” What they notice at first is that it’s harder to do the job the way that they’re being asked to do it now than it was before. And that’s not because the system makes it harder, it’s because their jobs are a little bit different. So, when they first start using ARCHIBUS it’s harder. That’s ok because when they get past that, it’s a lot easier once they’re used to that But everybody goes through a little bit of a dip before they notice the improvement that comes from using a new system.
