When looking into a space management company, it is vital to do proper research! It may become overwhelming when looking at different options to find a company that stands out from the rest.

What sets RSC apart from the competition? We will never ask for a change order. At Robert Stephen Consulting, LLC we are committed to accuracy in estimates and will do whatever it takes to ensure our clients receive honest and meticulous costs.

We believe that, as professionals at RSC, we should know what it takes to accomplish tasks and projects, estimate appropriately, and deliver.  If we do not have a full understanding of project scope, we establish a contingency plan, should an occasion present itself where unforeseen activities arise.  Furthermore, it is of the utmost importance to us as a company to give clients a realistic purchase price. For example, it would be incredibly upsetting to receive a bill for $1,000, when the expectation was $300. 

We want those who depend on us to be satisfied, not leave with a bad taste in their mouth.  We are fully committed to taking any overage costs if we do not estimate properly.  To back this up, we have only ever lost money on six projects during our 15 years in business.

We continue to work hard to be the best in the business for those who depend on us.  It is seeing what changes we can make for our clients that drives us to continually strive to be the best in the industry.
